Hall-Irwin in Milliken is a full-service construction management firm, Uniscope in Johnstown is a producer of specialty agricultural products. However, given the low housing prices, bucolic and friendly setting, many settle here but commute to the larger surrounding communities such as Greeley, Loveland, Fort Collins or Denver for work.
